Cosy family house relative close to Budapest downtown + Lake Balaton holiday home offered
Family house located in a quiet village among mountains, but still only an hour distance by car or train from the pulsing downtown of Budapest. The house is a newly built, comfortably furnished real home with a huge south-faced terrace opens to a large green garden. Ideal for families: On one hand it is located 20km from the Danube, where several nice towns/villages are to be explored, with multiple sightseeing and sport opportunities. Several hiking pathes are even crossing our village.
On the other hand Budapest is easily accessible by local train - the most comfortable way of exploring this crowded, charming city. The city itself offers so many attractions, which I can't list here, it is up to you which ones to experience!
The house is 100m2, with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate shower, separate toilet, big living room&kitchen + a basement of 60m2 with a double-garage, a fitness-room and small room for heating-washing-drying machines.
The house is full of children toys, specially attractive for girls... garden is as well equipped with tramboulin, swing, sand box, playing house, etc... ideal for kids.
Having also a big south-faced terrace, linked to a ~ 500m2 nice green garden.
Lake Balaton holiday house: 70 m2 with 2 bedrooms+living room+ 2 bathrooms+ terraces and 300m2 garden. Recently finished interiour renovation. It is located at 8646 Balatonfenyves on the Southern shore, in a quiet street, in between 2 free beaches, both in walking distance. Water is 24-27C during summer months, with still below 2m depth by 2-300m walking-in... just GREAT for families with kids.

Aeroporto mais próximo: Budapest - 70km
We live in a village of 2200 inhabitants with all needed shops, pharmacy, local doctor, etc. located among mountains and forests. Quiet place, clean air, big garden: all to relax well, while the City is relative close!!
Budapest is a great destination for multiple days. - You can reach either by car, or by local train within 1 hour (30km). Best to take the train as it arrives to the West-Railway Station, just at the edge of downtown, within walking distance already from the Danube. Multiple photos uploaded just to give you ideas what to see around.
Beyond our captital city, you can find a wide range of smaller towns, lakes, waterparks, etc. to spend your time actively - All these within 20-40 km range.
Esztergom with its famous cathedral and ancient city centre is located in 20km with its marvellous renovated bridge over the Danube, linking Hungary to Slovakia.
Visegrad, a small town with a mediaval fortress built upon the hill, also at the Danube, where the river is crossing the mountains, located only 40km.
And Lake Balaton, the evergreen... 600 km2 water surface, 26-27 Celsius water during July-Aug, just perfect for a splash!

We are a family of 4. Peter (41), Eva (43), and 2 daughters: Sara (12) and Borka (9).
We are both economists, I am working in Logistics Procurement, while my wife does accounting. Our elder daughter is in the 4th class of the elementary school, while the small one still visits happily the nearby kindergarden.
We are a happy, optimistic family, like to spend our time actively: hiking-cycling-walking with the kids, playing in the garden, or sometimes just baking some cookies at home if the weather doesn't let us out.
Recently we started to take the kids more to sightseeing, and actually they love it, surprisingly more than just spending a few days at the seaside...
As you can see on the photos uploaded, we have a "fifth family member", a small dog, called Szormok (called "hairy" in English, as he is having a very thick fur, to be winter-proof). He is a 4 year old dog, a small spitz, very friendly and quiet, loves kids and never tired of playing...
He does not require much care, only food and fresh water in the morning, - But if you are away any time for 2-3 days, our neighbours or grandparents (living 100m only) can feed him.
And last but not least, mentioned at the "home" section, we live in a nicely organized village of 2200 inhabitants, having good relationship to our neighbours, and having many friends along. Hope to host you in the future in our home!
Estilo de vida
We live the usual stuffed days: work-taking kids to school/kindergarten- leading the household... but if having free time, we often do sports together or travel.
Recently we started to dance salsa...
We are a happy family.

Très disponible par mail ou par WhatsApp. Ils nous ont donné beaucoup de conseils durant notre séjour, conseils de visite, conseil de restaurant etc. leur maison est parfaitement représentée dans leur annonce. Nous avons pu les croiser avant et après l'échange. À leur retour ils nous ont demandé comment s'améliorer et si nous nous avions eu des manques chez eux. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
