We live in a semi-detached house near the lake of Constance. It's about five minutes walk to the lake ... We have kitchen and living room / dining room on the ground floor, bedroom, bathroom, dressing room and office on the first. There's an additional apartment under the roof with a double-bed (our children used to live there ) as well as a small kitchen and bathroom . We have a small but cosy garden as well as a patio and a balcony, which is accessible from the bedroom. In the house you will find everything you need ...
We live in a nice and pleasant region, close to Switzerland and Austria and to the Black Forrest (one hour by car). Constance is just across the lake, Meersburg about 5 km away. The region here is popular with tourists, mainly because of its landscape, the wineyards and the many opportunities for hobbies (swimming, sailing, cycling, hiking ...eating!). If you like walking and cycling, you will find a beautiful region here. The local beach is free and open to all...
The lake of Constance is one of the favourite holiday regions in Germany - it borders to Austra, Switzerland and - of course - Germany. In summer, you will find many events to visit - from local festivities to famous festivals like the the one taking place on the lake stage in Bregenz or the music festivals on the Hohenthwiel in Singen.

You can of course find quiet and intimate places to enjoy nature - quite near.

We are a couple of 73/71, but still relatively fit and active. Our children have left home and live their own lives. We would like to change houses with people preferable in the North of Europe, France, Italy, Spain, but are open to all offers in Europe.

As we have had some serious problems with damages and dirt in an exchange, we would like to stress that we leave our home clean and tidy and would like to visit a home in a similar state. We will always take proper care of your home.

Unser Haus ist eine Doppelhaushälfte mit ca 160 qm. Das Haus hat einen kleinen, aber schönen und gemütlichen Garten und eine Terrasse sowie einen Balkon. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Wohn- und Esszimmer sowie die Küche. Im Obergeschoss ein Bad, ein Ankleidezimmer, das Schlafzimmer sowie zwei Arbeitszimmer. Im Dachgeschoss befindet sich ein Apartment mit eigener Küche und Bad. Das Haus liegt nur 5 Minuten (zu Fuß) vom Seeufer weg in einer der reizvollsten Gegenden des Bodensees. Bis in den Schwarzwald, das Allgäu, nach Österreich oder die Schweiz sind es jeweils nur ungefähr eine Stunde Fahrzeit. Im Hinterland finden sich viele Weinberge, Obstanlagen und schöne Wälder.

Da wir bei einem Austausch schon erhebliche Probleme mit Beschädigungen und Schmutz hatten, möchten wir betonen, dass wir unser Zuhause sauber und ordentlich hinterlassen und gerne ein Haus in einem ähnlichen Zustand besuchen würden. Wir kümmern uns stets sorgfältig um Ihr Zuhause.
