Beautiful townhouse close to the sea and the city
Spacious newly remodeled two-storey townhouse (built in 1936) in the quiet, lush neighborhood Rosenvång (meaning Rose meadow) with a playground (100 m) and a very nice café/design boutique (200 m) (mentioned in the white pages-guide) nearby, a short (15 min) walk to the sea. The house comes with a beautiful patio facing south and a nice, relaxing garden featuring a trampoline for the children. The living room/ dining room-area has direct access to the patio/garden and also has a cozy fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and seats 4- but we usually take our meals outside on the terrace (weather permitting) or at the dining room (seats 8). There is a bathroom with toilet and shower connecting the hallway.Upstairs there are three bedrooms - one master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms as well as another bathroom with shower. In the basement there is a large playroom for the children (with boardgames, table tennis, puzzles and toys), a maroccan-inspired spa with a jacuzzi, and a laundry room.

If you want to go shopping, the large and inspiring shopping-mall Emporia (voted the best mall in the world for its achitecture) is only a 10 min drive away - or you could leave your car/take a taxi (9€) there and take the direct train to Copenhagen (20 min). There is a very nice playground with a soccerfield 100 m away. If you go to Limhamn (1,5 km), you will find all the shops you need there (pharmacy, clothing, groceries etc.) as well as some nice restaurants and cafés.
Our house is very accessible if you arrive at Copenagen Airport - just take the train to Hyllie (takes 20 min) and from there a taxi (9 €) and you have arrived!

There are two bus-lines if you want to explore Malmö - nr 4 (stop is about 200 m away) which takes you directly into the centre and nr 34 (stop about 500 m away), which takes you to the centre eventually, but a longer way - but if you want to visit Möllan, a place to experience the vibrant diversity and culture of Malmö, as well as go to the nice shopping mall Mobilia, this is the one to take.
If you prefer spending your day at the beach, there are several beaches nearby, easily accessible either by bike or by walking - about 2 km.

IT04353Daniel e la sua famiglia sono ottime persone. Hanno risposto con sollecitudine alle domande/dubbi/problemi sorti durante il soggiorno. La casa ha molti pregi: un bel giardino, la veranda, un living ampio e luminoso, una cucina dotata di ogni accessorio. Inoltre è in una zona tranquilla , verde e a un km dal mare. E' un'ottima base per esplorare la punta più a Sud della Svezia.
