We invite you to discover the authentic, non-touristic side of magical Thailand!
Our home is located in Tropical Sea View Village, a private, gated community with 65 single-family homes in Pak Nam Pran, on the Gulf of Thailand. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and safe.
Our home offers:
A full-size kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a small guest room.
Total living space of 110 m².
A private swimming pool (7 x 4 x 1.6 meters).
Outdoor garden furniture and a private parking space.
Tropical Sea View Village is just one block away from a wide sandy beach. The community features a large swimming pool with a jacuzzi, a clubhouse with table tennis, a pool table, a small gym, a garden, BBQ area, and a shared community space.
The village is home to families from the UK, France, Switzerland, Sweden, USA, Germany, Austria, Australia, New Zealand, and Thailand — some living part-time, others full-time.

Our home is located in Tropical Sea View on the Gulf of Thailand. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and safe.
Pak Nam Pran is located 250 km south of Bangkok and just 25 km from Hua Hin — Thailand’s oldest seaside resort, historically favored by the Royal Family.
The area offers much to explore: fruit plantations, stunning national parks, Buddhist monasteries, and traditional fishing villages. Hua Hin is perfect for nightlife, shopping, and dining.
Here you can explore mountains, beaches, mangrove forests, pineapple and mango plantations, and observe wild elephants, monitor lizards, and langurs in their natural habitat.
You can enjoy over 100 different Thai dishes at our lively night food market or treat yourself to a professional Thai massage right by the sea.
For those who love to cook, the local farmers market offers a great variety of fresh fish, seafood, vegetables, and fruits.Along the beach in Pak Nam Pran, you will find numerous Thai restaurants, cozy bars, and massage shops. The 5-kilometer beach is renowned as one of the best spots for kitesurfing and kite hydrofoiling in Thailand.

The family was very nice and helpful. They organised everything for our arrival, the house was very comfortable and calm, they gave us a lot of tips… Recommendable!
We had a wonderful three week stay at Anna and Valery's house in Pak Nam Pran. A month after we got back home, when this is written, we are still amazed at how well this home exchange turned out. Anna and Valery were very helpful in the months before we travelled to Thailand, gave us lots of good recommendations. They even gave us a blueprint for a week-long and unforgettable trip further south. The house was fabulous, with a great private pool which the kids enjoyed greatly. Air-con, two bathrooms, everything we needed, and it really exceeded our expectations. We also exchanged cars and we found the car essential in the area. We were very happy with the home exchange and Anna and Valery were great guests in our home, no complaints :)

The family from Florida were in my home. But we can not travel to USA, becose I was ill. Hope we will come to this family in October.
