Welcome to our spacious family home, located in Javea, a lovely, quiet village in the Marina Alta region.

Our home consists of the three large bedrooms, open kitchen with dining area- living room, one toilet and two bathrooms. It has the typical "riu rau" (patio) with a large garden, barbecue and a private swimming pool. There´s a big trampoline and a playground for children. We have wireless internet access throughout the house which you are welcome to use. We also have games, toys, films and Playstation4 in the loft if you run out of things to do outside!.

Javea is a small, historic town, free of high rise buildings offering a relaxing holiday atmosphere. The local people are friendly and affable. The clean, warm, blue Mediterranean Sea laps the beautiful beaches and coves that Javea has to offer. With its variety of landscape, ranging from sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas, its mild year-round climate, its careful planning policies and extensive tourist facilities, Javea is a jewel on the Costa Blanca, combining beauty and modern facilities with the charm of an ancient fishing village. The town is situated between the San Antonio and La Nao points and enjoys the impressive and magnificent protection of Mount Montgó. Approximately 1 hour drive from Alicante towards the north-eastern tip of the Costa Blanca.

The town has approximately 20,000 permanent inhabitants. Over the last 10 years the surrounding hillsides have been urbanized with luxury villas, many of which are owned by British people and rented out on a regular basis all through the summer. The town remains unspoilt and still offers a pretty beachside location with lots of local life and Javea villa activities. Set back from the coast is Javea old town which preserves the look and atmosphere of a typical Spanish village. Javea's Arenal beach is a horseshoe shaped stretch of fine white sands which is framed by many bars, restaurants and gift shops. This beach is especially safe for children as it slopes gently into the sea and has received the World Health Organisation 'clean beach' award.

Javea is located between Valencia and Alicante (1h by car from both). It is known for its famous beaches and coves, one of them chosen the best beach of Spain (Granadella Cove) . Enjoy hiking the Montgo or Las Planas, near San Antonio Cape. You can practice different sports: swimming, diving, wind-surf, paddlesurf, running, fishing... Taste spanish tapas in the old town, the port or the Arenal… There is a wide variety of activities to do ;-)
