A modern house in Prague with a garden

We live in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Prague.

Our house is 185 sqm on two floors plus the basement under the house. There are two double rooms and two single rooms. There is an open plan downstairs – the kitchen/diner/living room. Free Wi-Fi in the whole house.

One bathroom with a bathtub and a shower and another shower room. Two separate toilets.

The garage, the gym with a table tenis and laundry room are in the basement.
Outdoor terrace with cooking equipment (gas barbecue grill and accessories).

It is easy to travel around Prague from our house. The bus stop is about 5 minutes away and it takes less than half an hour to reach the Prague city centre by public transport (or 10km by car).

The public swimming pool, shopping mall with restaurants and the cinema
are all 5-10 minutes by car.

We have a tomcat in our house and golden retriever but they will be at our friends or in dog hotel during the exchange.

What an amazing Family that the Rudolfs are!!! They are kind, honest, trustworthy and so tidy. Their home was so neat and beautiful and they explained everything in detail. They have wonderful pets!!! We miss them already. Their home is close to the bus stop and located in a safe and beautiful neighbourhood, with lots of open space. The rooms are spacious and neat. Everything in the house worked well and overall we had an amazing experience!!!! This was an amazing first time experience for our little family. my kids cant stop telling everyone about the Pets in Prague. I am an urban planner so its always been a dream to visit Prague. This trip was way more than I could have ever imagined!!! Prague is breath-taking, we will visit again. When I got back home, my home was just as neat as when I left, which was so great!! Probably the biggest highlight as we arrived around 2am to a spotless home!!! I recommend that you exchange with them and visit Praha. Its beautiful. Please stay in touch.

Excelente familia, muy atentos y detallistas. Su casa es magnífica y el trato con ellos immejorable. A wonderful family: warm, attentive and really nice. Their house is great and their hospitality is unbeatable.
