Holiday home in ATLANTERRA, Spain

The apartment is a second residence in Zahara de los Atunes, Andalusia, southern Spain.
It´s in the ground floor, with one bathroom, two bedrooms, living room, dining room, garden and private pool with paddle court. All in a closed residential and very safe area.
Five people can sleep in the house.
We offer exchange our car too. It´s a Mazda CX 5 from April 2015.
The beach is only to 100 meters from the house. And there are very interesting places to visit very close: Cádiz, Málaga, Jerez, Gibraltar, many beaches and Northern Africa.
We have to exchange between July 1 and August 31 but a non simultaneous exchange is possible because the apartment is available all the year.
The weather is sunny all the year.
