Brandnew top floor 3-room flat in Göteborg, Sweden, with a huge roundgoing terrace, 61 sqm. Flexible dates. Just ask! Parliamo anche italiano, nous parlons francais! We answer all inquiries! We prefer cities or towns and a central location.

A three-room flat (70,5 sqm) on the 7th floor (top floor) with a huge terrace (61 sqm) surrounding the flat. Two doors on two sides opening to the terrace. We live in a very modern suburb with all the necessary service. We have a big supermarket very near us. The nearest bus station for buses to central Göteborg is 200 meters away and the buses go often. It takes about 20 minutes by bus to central Göteborg. We live near the sea with beautiful views and bathing facilities. There is also a golf court in the neighbourhood. Our house was built in June 2021 and in the neighbourhood there are more houses being built. We have a parking lot in the basement of our house, just taking the lift, very convenient! We have an extremely fast internet and sport and film channels. We also have two bicycles. We have two separate beds (new!) put together, 90 cm + 90 cm, very comfortable. In the extra bedroom there is a bed sofa 2 x 80 cm. Wooden floors in all rooms, heated bathroom floor.

We are a family with three grown-up children who have families of their own. We used to swap every year when they were small, we started in 1989. Then we parents bought a house in France and stopped swapping for 7 years but now we have sold it and have started swapping again! So much better!

Rickard, 76, is interested in sports and Paula, 70, in languages. We are retired. The first time we swapped our flat was in 1989 with our three children. They left home many years ago and we have even five grandchildren. We love good food and like to go out and meet local people. We also like long walks.

Persone gentilissime, amichevoli e simpatiche. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare cibi e bevande di ogni genere. Il loro appartamento è un attico, nuovo e perfettamente attrezzato, al sesto piano con una terrazza panoramica, situato in un nuovo quartiere alle porte di Goteborg (20 minuti con il bus). Le foto su Intervac rappresentano esattamente l'appartamento. Scambio fortemente consigliabile

We were very happy with the flat...the size, location, condition and the view was wonderful. It was very special watch the full moon come up. Restaurants nearby were good and public transportation was very convenient for going into Stockholm on a whim. Highly recommended.
