Split, Croatia, is popular tourist destination. This is unique opportunity, as these are most atractive dates for this location. While everyone rent their apartments for tourists in this period, we offer it for free.

Exchanges in Italy, Slovenia, Austria in winter/ski time, or city Vienna are preferred.

As students my husband and I did several student exchange programs, and after finishing college we lived and worked abroad (Austria) for a few years. We love traveling. Therefore, we are looking forward to this cultural exchange as we both know these experiences are enriching for everyone.

It is our home, where we live (32/33 years old) with 4 small kids (5.5, 3.5, 2, newborn). However, we spend Summer (July-September) on the nearby island, and only then our home is available. Therefore we prefer a longer exchanges (8 nights minimum, preferably longer up to 1 month).

Our apartment is 65sqm with 2 bedrooms (one has sea view) and can accommodate 5 people (2 adults + 3 kids)/ 4of5 beds with new mattress. Renovated in 2022. With small shared garden. It is one out of four apartments within a family house. Therefore please be respectful, no parties, no noise after 21h.
Fully equipped kitchen, modern toilet with shower and washing machine. Modern living room with sofa, dining table and huge TV. Fast and reliable wifi. Amazing air conditioner.

However I am sure you will anyway spend most of the time outside exploring beautiful nearby beaches (10min with bus/car e.g. Znjan/Bacvice), islands (1h with ferry/Brac/Hvar), delicious Dalmatian kitchen, city attractions (Diocletian's Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage site, Marjan Hill/the new observation deck with a panoramic view, Klis fortress (Game of Thrones filming locations), nearby cities Trogir/Omis, Plitvice Lakes…
